in madras there is an organisation by name DIVYADESA SAMRAKSHANA TRUST
functioning from padmaseshadri balabhavan, dr.nair road, t.nagar madras 17,
mrs YG parthasarathy as its head trustee. this trust is purely run on
charities by bhakthas. it conducts annual thirupavai upanyasams during the
month margazhi. dr. ma venkatakrishnan and u ve velukkudi krishnan are
regular upanyasakas
all the collections during these programs are donated to this trust and
every year they adopt more and more divya desams.
