It is my understanding that Sri venkatEswara suprabhAtam was composed by
Sri P.B. Annan Swamy, one of the asthadig gajas of Sri Manavalamamunigal. 
I believe - although I may be wrong on this - that Annan Swamy also
composed the stotram and prapatti that are recited with the suprabhAtam. 
Sri Manavalamamunigal himself composed the mangalAsasanam.
