The Two Houses of the Parliament of India is considering an amendment to
the constitution of India.  Termed as the 83rd Amendment, this will make
basic education a fundamental right of children between the age of 6 and
14 years.  This will require the various authorities to make the
necessary provisions  Please visit the following website and sign your
approval of the amendment before the 15th of September.  Once again I
apologize for bringin this matter in front of this group, but sincerely
felt that a matter of this import had som merit.  Also please forward
