Namo Narayana Thank you. Of the 2 replies I received , this one is most convincing. I have another doubt. I was informed that in Ramanuja Sampradayam - Sumangalis should not observe fasts - even Ekadasi(this was the 2nd reply). I however have not yet paid heed to it . My mother used to observe Ekadasi as a Sumangali and I have grown up with this knowledge. I cannot somehow relate to this rule too. Can you pls clarify if you are aware. As you mentioned, I have left it to Hari and am continuing to observe Ekadasi as advised by the community elders.
