[sv-rituals] DyAnA
From the Bhakti List Archives

Dear BhAgawathAs, This question I pose only because of my poor knowledge in performing Tri-kAla sandhyAvandanA properly. I'm good in Meditation (as laid in BG), but I feel that I do the NithyAnushtAna karmAs as some kind of routine that I could not appreciate the same clarity of mind and breath control which I can get after doing DyAnA. I'm thinking of continuing with my separate DyAnA session (approximately 20min), in addition to sandhyAvandanA (SV). Can somebody enlighten more on precise methodology of performing SV (not the mantrAs, which adiyEn knows by heart.) dAsan Mukundan ------------------------ Yahoo!
