Purpose of Life

Hello all,

I am deeply offended by Krish's comments on the above subject. Although, I
do not agree with the last part of Eswar Josyula's post, I don't think 
there is a need for the caustic response from Krish. One thing that impressed 
me most about this newsgroup was the high signal-to-noise-ratio and the 
quality of the discussions. So far we have not had too many vitriolic
comments (like the one above) and I sincerely hope this is not a trend setter 
for the future. 

Going by Krish's paradigm, does it mean great people like Sankaracharya,
and Ramanujacharya's life served no purpose?
