God exists in this world (bhoo-lokam) also. He exists within us also.
We are a tiny-spark of God's greatness and he is the personification
of bliss. Then why do we experience, sorrow, misery, etc here ?

Only because of the clouding factor called the mind, we see
distinctions in everything. Only when we develop "sama-drushti"
(equanimity) will dualities disappear and we can also see narayana-
swaroopam in everything.

Till then we will experience the distinctions.

One gets a birth on this earth, only when one's sorrows and happiness
are somewhat balanced.

One is sent to heaven to reap the pleasures of all the good-deeds
that one commits and the enjoyment is paramount there.

One is sent to hell, when one's life is supposed to be dominated by
troubles, punishments and sorrows.

But when one's mind is engrossed in the Lord at all times, one goes
to Vaikuntam.
