Adyar lib has published a commentary on this work of Swami Desikan, it 
alos includes some notes on Sri Yamunachari's Agamapramanyam. This 
book is between Rs150 and Rs200. I did see this book few months back 
at Jayalakshmi Indological Book store in Mylapore across the Sanskrit 
College. 

I do not remember if this book is an English translation/commentary or 
a Sanskrit commentary.
