In my quotation of the above slOkam , there was 
an oversight . In the second line , "cha " was omitted
between "SrIrithyEva " and " naama tE ". Please read as:

"srIrithyEva cha naama tE ---Vayam "

I thank the Bhakthai for helping me 
correct this omission.
