divya dEsam project update

dear bhAgavathAs,

Some time back, we started the project to adopt divya dEsams.
At that time, adiyEn wanted to give very frequent updates on
the kainkaryam. Unfortunately, due to work pressures, adiyEn
could not spend a lot of time with this project. Fortunately,
due to perumAL/AchAryA's grace, adiyen currently is able to
devote some time to this project. adiyEn's apologies to all
bhAgavathAs for such a long delay with this.

Here is the current status of the project -

1. A number of divya dEsams have already been adopted and 
bhAgavathAs have been contributing for about 2-3 months in many
divya dEsams - {thiru meyyam, puLLam bUthankudi, thanjai mAmaNik
kOvil,thiru astabujakaram come to adiyEn's mind immediately;
ulagaLandhap perumAL kOvil (5 DDs), thirukkaNNankudi, sikkil
kidAram, thirukkuRayalUr, kAnchi vaikuntap perumAL kOvil, 
thiruk kAvaLambAdi, thiru arimEya viNNagaram, pavaLa vaNNar
kOvil start this month}

2. As of this month, all contributions through SVSS in the
United States will be tax deductible.

3. adiyEn will continue to write about the divya dEsams - first
the ones that have been adopted, followed by the ones that still
need support.

adiyEn requests all bhAgavathAs to take part in this kainkaryam.
It is indeed a great opportunity for all of us to take part in
our own small way to take care of perumAL and His temples.
