Dear Bhagavathas:
For the benefit of those who could not make it to Pittsburgh this Memorial
Day Weekend for the Sri Venkateswara Mahima (the Second Annual Baktha
Sammelanam, sponsored by Sri Venkateswara Temple) chaired by Sri Sadagopan,
I have a few thoughts to share.

I know that there will be several postings on this subject matter in the
near future. Having just returned from the Sammelanam, I take this
opportunity to wholeheartedly congratulate Sri Sadagopan for a splendid
Kainkaryam very well done.

None other than Sri Sadagopan could have organized, integrated, facilitated,
and kept the focus of such diversified topics presented by various scholars.
The depth and width of Sri Sadagopan's knowledge on all subject matter
discussed was evident from his concluding remarks at the end of each
presentation. I cannot describe in words the experience we all went through
in the last two days.

As one of the participants, I propose that Sri Sadagopan be conferred the
title KAINKARYA THILAKAM (Foremost in doing Kainkaryam) in honor of his
outstanding and noble service to our Samprathayam.
