adiyEn dhaNdavath praNAmams to your feet.

Good news. When adiyEn went to Srirangam in May, AchAryan informed me that 
there are plots (2400 square feet each) getting available for sale next to 
the ashramam (which is closer to Thaayaar sannidhi) and towards the Ahobila 
Mutt dasavathara sannidhi The seller has been advised by AchAryan, Srimad 
Poundarikapuram Andavan not to rush to any buyer. Instead, it should be 
Srivaishnavas who need to come there and hence, he had told the seller that 
he would give a list of buyers who will buy. There will also be one bore 
well, built in the whole area of 30 plots for performing any function like 
tharpaNam /srArddham (as advised by Swami) That time the price was not 
finalsied. Now based on exisiting market rate and giving a discount to 
Swami, he has fixed at Rs 250/ per square foot. That comes to Rs. 6,00,000 
(six lakhs)

AchAryan has sent a letter to adiyEn to convey this. Should anyone feel he 
is blessed to stay at Srirangam, please call 91-431-436100 (shramam number) 
to give your name. Do it fast, as it is being sold as hot cakes. Please note 
that there is no vested interest in this. This is conveyed with sincere 
intent to let few of you (if not all of you) stay at the #1 Divya Desam.

PS a 100 year old house in Chitthrai Veedhi (in argaharam) itself costs Rs 
15 lakhs now. Hence, the price is nominal.
