There is one published by Ramakrishna Mission, translated by Swami
Adidevananda. It is very good, it includes the original devanagari for both
the verses and commentary, as well as English translations of both. I don't
have the ISBN #, but it is one of the books I am hoping to acquire on my
trip to India this year.

All I remember about it was that it had a white cover with colored letters
in the title. Of course, it might have been published differently. Look for
Ramakrishna Mission publications under the name Swami Adidevananda; i'm sure
you will find it.
