The above paasuram is from upadEsa rattina maalai (URM). 
URM is a work by Sri ManavaaLa maamunigaL  , 74 paasurams in all, that
deals with the anubhavams of aazhwaars & aazhaaryaas. It is kind of a 
'mini guru paramparaa prabhaavam' if u will. The paasurams are in simple tamizh
& many of them deal with the thirunakshittirams of our aazhwaars & aazhaaryaas.

The above paasuram is (approximate transliteration!):

	aazhwaargaL thaangaL avathariththa naaLkaLiLum
	vaazhvaana naaL namakku maNNulageer
	Ezhpaarum uyya ethiraasar uthitharuLum
	chittirayil seyya thiruvaathirai.
