please accept adiye's pranams
adiyen is ignorant . i am having a mentor for me here ( he is learned person in sanksrit tamil and (modern science to some extent) i am reproducing what he told meon the spot
in tamil the word kaN stands for agni and the Ezam vERRumai urubu (il , idam, kaN)
he said in his geetha 
1.(ahamasmi vaisvaanaro bUthva praNinaan thEhamaaSritha: without it we cannot survive. so to represent the agni he is called as kaNNan
the word kaNavan is also comes from this root ( he is the only purusha and others are sthriis according to sri vaishnava philosophy)
2. the second term (il) veedu. he is the one who can give liberation even to non sentients. 
3. third is( idam)  in geetha he says EkamSena sthith jagath. the whole world is upheld by a single portion of his grace. ( nammalvar says naanRila Ez kadal thaanaththavE) and we dont have ab
an ( aaNbaal vikuthi is added to him as he is purushoththaman
these three points were told to me by him
