Dear Sri.Krishnan:

The pasuram you have mentioned comes in One of the Great
SriVaisnavaite works known as TIRUVAYMOZHI composed by
Nammazhwar. Nammazhwar performed SARANAGATI to the Divya
Dampathis of this Divya Desam (VANAMAMALAI) by siging 11
verses. The verses come in 5 th century of TIRUVAYMOZHI. The
starting verse is "Notra Nombilen", and it is 7 th ten of this
fifth century, that is 5.7.1. The verse you have mentioned is
5.7.2.

I dont know the meaning of the pasuram as I have not read
Vyakyanam part of it.

The following pasuram is 5.7.6 where Nammmazhwar asks Thotadri
perumal to come to His place for worship:

Ena maaynNilaNG keeNtaven appanE!
  kaNNaa! enRu mennai yaaLutai,
vaananNaa yaganE! maNimaa Nikkach chutarE,
thEna maampozhil thaNsiree varamangalath
  thavarkai thozavuRai
vaana maamalai yE!adi yENnthozha vandharuLE

In this Divya Desam, Nammazhwar's Vigraham can be found on the
Satari, which is ver rare.

Thanks,

aDiyEn,
Ramanan Rajagopalan
