Prasnam means Question in general .
PrasnOpanishad thus consists of 
Six Questions ( and the six answers for them ).

Prasnam in KeraLa dEsam is AaarooDam or
JyOthisham to predict the future and
explain the past .KeraLA has many scholars
known for JyOthisham . They use the maanthric
procedures to diagnose happenings and 
suggest shAnthis.MalayALa JyothishAs are
well celebrated for this Prasnam prctises.
