Thanks to Perumal. It was all settled the right way now. Our deep
anguish has been quelled.
I have one question. If anyone knows the answers please post it in
the list.
How did this happen at all ? How could Ganapathy Sthapathi do
something like this on his own ? Why was this not noticed on the very
instant, he started this mischief ? How did our periavaas at
SriRangam temple let the scrapping off go unnoticed until the new
tantrik image was about to be carved in?
Maybe that the periavaas have been fighting the battle all along
(since the beginning) and it came to light only now.
