Dear friends:
In response to my appeal for doing PArAyaNam of Sundara KhANDam of
Srimad VAlmiki RAmAyaNam, I have received quite a few enquiries as to where
the English version could be got. I thought some others may also have similar
questions. Hence, I am posting this reply for the information of all. I
request other Bhagavatas who have any information on this to share it with
the group..

I came across a catalogue of M/S Nataraj Books, 7073 Brookfield Plaza,
Springfield, VA 22150 Phone# 703-455-4996 Fax # 703-912-9052 listing
"Ramayana of Valmiki rendered into English prose in 2 parts by Sri
C.R.Sreenivasa Ayyangar" The set was then (1994) priced at $ 40/=.

I have the original Sanskrit book and a Tamil version by the same Ayyangar.
His Tamil book is incomparable in that it is almost a faithful and verbatim
translation of the original. I believe the English translation also must be
equally good.

You may contact M/S Nataraj books and ask whether they have the original
Sanskrit Devanagari version (if you need it) or the said English translation
available with them and order for urgent delivery, if they have in stock.

You may ask for Mr. Mahajan there and you can mention my name. I have bought
quite a few books from them when I was in Allentown, PA. Hope he remembers,
but don't expect any discount. He may not give!
Hope this helps.
