Dear Vaishnavas,

I went through many posts in the archives and was pretty much impressed 
by the realisations of the Alzwars & other Acaryas as expressed in thier 
works.  

since I am a new member and an  outsider to vaishnava philospohy, can 
somebody explain a few basics  like :

1.	Who is known as a Vaishnava ?
2.	Who is known as a Brahmana ?
3.	What are the fundamentals of Visishtadvaita ?
4.	What is the practical method for self realisation in this age ?
