Help with Bhagawat Gita

Dear Bhagawathas,
  namaskArams.
  A while ago I had asked a couple of questions about Srimad Bhagawat 
Gita. I have one more question. So I am listing all three here. I 
request knowledgeable members to kindly help me with information.
1. Please recommend a book of Bhagawat Gita verse-by-verse 
translation/commentary (in English or Tamizh). Also please suggest 
how I can acquire a copy here in US.
2. I would like to know the Gita dhyAna SlOkam in practice amoung Sri 
Vaishnavas.
3. Can one recite non-consecutive chapters of Srimad B.G during the
same prayer session ? For eg. suppose adiyEn wants to meditate on 
karma yoga concepts and subsequently those of bhakti yoga, can adiyEn 
recite chap.3 and chap.12 without reciting the chapters in between ?
