Shall be grateful if any one can enlighten me
regarding any published article or hindu religious
scripture or any authentic information on the rules or
formalities to be observed while preparing neivedyam
(food offering) for deities at the temple and why it
is better to have it prepared within the precincts of
the temple (madapalli).  Thanks for an early response. =====Bhavani=====
