This is the opinion of only one group of Visishtadvaitins. The other group has a different opinion. Since SriyahPatitvam or being the Master of SrI is the essential characteristic of Prabrahman in ViSishtAdvaita Vedanta, She can't be equat to Him.

She always acts according to the ThiruvuLLam of SrImannArAyaNa Whose very name suggests that He is nitya lakshmI viSishtan i.e. etenally and inseparably associated with Her.
