Divya Prabandam recitation during Thirumanjanam

In Sri. Venkateswara temple in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Neerattam is recited
during
Thirumanjanam even in Anadyaya Kalam. One of the priests told us that this is a
common
practice in the temples in South India, Neerattam is recited though other
Nalayira Pasurams
are not recited. What is the practice in Thiruvallikeni temple, Tirupathi or
Srirangam
temple? If Neerattam is not recited, what is recited in place of it?
