Dear Bhagavathas:

On the auspicious occasion of Sri Vaikunda Ekadasi, adiyen would like to
invite all Bhagavathas to visit Sri Ramanuja MissionÂ’s (affiliated to Srimad
Srirangam Periandavan Ashramam) home page at:

Sri Kannan Swamigal had his early religious instructions at the Sri Ahobilam
Sanskrit College, Maduranthagam and did Adhyayanam in Vedas and Nalaayira
Divya Prabandham tec.  He had Kalakshebam in Granta Chathushtayam (four holy
works – Sri Bhashya, Sri Gita Bhashya, Bhavat Vishaya, and Srimad Rahasya
Thraya Sara) under the holy feet of learned vidwans including Puthankottagam
Srinivasacharya, Melma Narasimhacharya, Thirukkostiyur Swami, Uthamur Swami,
Maduranthagam Swami, and Karpangadu Swami.  He did kalakshebam of Srimad
Rahasiya Thraya Sara under the feet of HH Thirukudanthai Andavan (six times)
and under the feet of Thirukoshtiyur Swami (two times).

Sri Ramanuja Mission is planning to post articles on the following topics in
the near future:

Principles and Practices of Sri Vaishnavism
Life and works of Alwars
Life and works of Acharyas
Sri Vaishnava Guruparampara
Sri Bhagavat Geetha and several other topics regarding the works of Sri
Alavandar, Sri Ramanuja, Sri Desika and other Acharyas of our Sath
Sampradaya.

Please pass on this information to other Bhagavathas who are interested in
authentic information on such topics.
