Dear Bhaktas,

In December of 1995, Sri Sadagopan wrote a very
informative summary of a traditional (Vedic) wedding
ceremony.  I recently added this to the Sri Vaishnava
Web site.  The month of Tai (February-March) will 
soon be upon us and there will doubtless be many
weddings to attend.  This article is a very good
introduction to the lofty symbolism of our traditional
weddings.
