dear sirs,

a nagging question has been bothering me for a while
now.we say everything in our life is His leela.then
can are all our actions are determined by Him?is this
what underlines the advice -"surrender yourself to the
lotus feet of the lord,and he will take care of you?"

then what of the murderer,the fraudulent people,the
other sinners(or followers of adharma)?are their
actions too a part of the leela?And what of the
affected people?and if it is all a part of His leela
why are they relgated to the circle of life and death?
if they are simply playing a part in the leela they
wont be sinners in the eyes of the lord will they?

and when we say dharma,are we talking of the societal
laws or the laws of the universe as set up by Him?i
sincierely feel that the macro laws which the lord set
up for the universe are not the same as the micro laws
we follow on earth.then how may we say that He judges
the murderer or the terrorist as guilty?are we not
being a touch arrogant in assuming that the lord who
created us will follow rules and laws which we have
setup for the purposes of society?

please clear my problem.
