Dear Sri Ramkumar:
The slokas you have quoted do not give a clear explanation as to
1. Hanuman being the incarnation of Lord Siva and
2. Ravana's getting the boon of  being "Chiram-jeevi"
Can you kindly enlighten us the PramaaNams for the stories, with actual 
quotations?
