Dear Ms.Bhagyalakshmi:
The book has already been translated into English under the title of 
"Viswam, Vishnu" by Sri J.A. Kalyanakrishnan and published by "Sri Vishnu 
Sahasranam Satsangam" 449/ GH 13, Paschim Vihar,New Delhi-110087 in the 
year1999. If you like, you may secure a copy of the book and release the 
articles from there,with due acknowledgements.
