HH Srimath Azhagiya Singar's UpanyAsam today on the 8th Paasuram of Madhura kavi AzhwAr's KaNNinuNN SiRuthAmpu

adiyEn's AchAryan , Sri Lakshmi Nrusimha Dhivya
PaadhukA Sevaka ,Sri Narayana Yathindra Maha Desikan
blessed us today with a soul-stirring UpanyAsam about
the eigthth Paasuram of Madhura Kavi AzhwArs'
dhivya Prabhandham.This upanyAsam is part of 
a series on KaNNinuNN SiRutthAmpu by asmath
AchAryan going back to November ,99 . Whenever
the pressures of asmath AchAryan's sanchAram 
and demanding duites as a Madathipathi permitted , 
HH has been gracious enough to bless us with
upanyAsams on individual paasurams.

Although Nanjeeyar , NampiLLai , Periya VaacchAn 
PiLLai and Azhagiya MaNavALa PerumAL NayanAr have 
written deeply perceptive vyAkhyAnams on the Prabhandham
of Madhura Kavi AzhwAr , HH Srimath Azhagiya Singar
used Azhagiya MaNavALa perumAL NaayanAr's commentary
today as an example to illustrate the rich meanings of
the Prabhandha Vaakyams of Madhura Kavi. Last week
HH used the vyAkhyAnam of Swamy Periya VacchAn PiLLai 
to elucidate number of subtle points about the glories
of AchArya Bhakthi. 

adiyEn is thrilled to let you know that 
these UpanyAsams have been recorded by one 
or two aasthikAs here ; they are planning to 
make these tapes available for other aasthikAs 
who could not particpate in these upanyAsams
in the KaalkshEpam style. adiyEn will be happy
to put you in touch with those , who are going to
release the tapes .

Although there is no way to capture the spirit of 
these moving KaalakshEpams , adiyEn would attempt
to give a flavor of them . Any defects are due to
my mandha mathi and all credits are due to my
revered AchAryan .
