Dear BhakthAs :

It is my pleasure to let you know that the detailed
and loving preparations for the greatest celebrations 
of MahA SamprOkshaNam  for Lord RanganAthA and the ArchA
Moorthis at all the Sannidhis at Pomona Temple is well
underway.The dates as you may recall are May23-27 .

There are a staggering amount of details to be attended to
for welcoming all BhakthAs and involve them in the various
Kaimkaryams. Currently , a small number of devotees are
setting aside significant chunks of time to plan and execute 
the myriad matters to be attneded to.THEY NEED HELP IN EVERY
WAY. Please contact Srimans Venkat and Dileepan for volunteer
services to make this important MahOthsavam a grand one .

Here are two specific items that would need your immediate help.

(1) PUSHPA and TULASI KAIMKARYAMS : In all the five days
of the mahA SamprOkshaNam , the Sannidhis would need 
huge amounts of TuLasi and Flowers for garlands and 
AarAdhanam . There is a need for $1,000 dollars EACH
for the TuLasi and Pushpams. Twenty volunteers sponsoring
$100 would meet the coverage of these two ESSENTIAL 
Sponsorships. AdiyEn volunteers one of these twenty slots.
AdiyEn would like to appeal to other BhakthAs to
volunteer so that we do not need to worry about 
this kaimkaryam.NOTHING IS MORE SACRED THAN TULASI AND
PUSHPA SAMARPANAM TO THE DHIYA DAMPATHIS.

AdiyEn knows that some of you --especially
those from overseas --could not attend 
the MahA SamprOkshanam in May . You are especially
welcomed to participate through your support for 
the Pushpam and TuLasi Kaimkaryams . PrasAdhams 
AND SOUVENIR will be sent to you at the conclusion of 
this MahOthsavam.  

(2)SOUVENIR: There will be a souvenir to commemorate 
THIS once-in-a life time MahA SamprOkshaNam for Lord
RanganAthA Temple .Number of articles are being
prepared along with the list of sponsors .

We need some help in converting the different 
submitted articles into the Word Format .

We also need help in including Tamil and 
Sanskrit fonts in the texts to cover passages
that are quotations from the Tamil and sanskrit 
Vedams . 

It will be most welcome to have volunteers ,
who are conversant with changing e-mail documents  
into Word Document for print ready material. Number of
you are good at inserting tamil and Sanskrit Texts.
You are very much in need now to assemble the articles
with Sanskrit and Tamil fonts .

Please let me and Sri Dileepan know of your 
willingness to volunteer on these specific
tasks .
